Tammy is the firm’s operation manager; she is the key to our client service model. Tammy joined Nancy’s team in 2005, as her personal marketing assistant. Prior to Navigate Financial, Tammy also worked with Nancy, as well as other financial advisors, in multiple capacities at Prudential Financial from 1998 to 2004, when she exited the work force briefly to start a family. Tammy spent nine years serving the U.S. Army as a finance specialist and attended college in the evenings. She graduated from St. Martin’s University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a double concentration in finance and accounting. Tammy oversees ongoing operations, records management, bookkeeping, tracking, training, and accountability activities of Nancy’s practice.
